This 2-bedroom recreational vehicle is perfect for your escape to Coden. Guests will find a queen bed, a bunk bed, a twin bed, and a cozy sofa bed in the living room, offering plenty of sleeping options. The bathroom features a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. This adorable RV creates an inviting space where comfort meets convenience. 25 minutes from Dauphin Island Beaches, Presleys Lake Outing, MS Gulf Coast Beaches and Casinos, Bellingrath Gardens... you can even take the ferry over to Gulf Shores and spend the day at OWA or eating at the famous Lulu's Restaurant!

Our spacious camper is immaculate. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Kitchen extras include a toaster, blender, crock pot and coffee pot. Just bring groceries!

Living area has a fireplace and indoor and outdoor speaker system. The master bedroom, bunkroom and living room have a smart television equipped with wifi for late night movies or daytime music entertainment.

Beds have fresh linens and luxurious comforters. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo setup. We provide plush high-end towels perfect for quick drying. We also have included 2 children's towels.

Full size washer and dryer provided free of charge.

2 outdoor patio rocking chairs provided to enjoy the evening sunsets while overlooking the waterfront.

Outdoor Area:
There is an outdoor covered space that includes a sectional sofa with outdoor tv equipped with wifi. The wood dining area has enough seating for 6. We provide 2 charcoal grills in this area. It also has a commercial ice maker, outdoor refrigerator/freezer and a sink for convenience. The PERFECT setup for outdoor grilling!

We do offer rental options for kayaking, pedal boat and adult bikes. Please message me through booking site if interested in details on how to reserve and payment details. Rentals are available from 8 am-6pm

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure oven is turned OFF and nothing is left on top of the stove. Put dirty towels in bathtub Please DO not remove bed linens. We prefer to wash them Turn off lights
Lock keypad and return key fob to gate entry lockbox Take all food and trash to outdoor trashcan, don't forget items left in outdoor refrigerator/freezer
Return rented kayak, pedal boat or bikes to original area. This also includes life jackets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Close Gate with existing the property each time. Must return keyfob at checkout or a $75 fee will be charged
Children must wear life vests at all time in the water and can never be left unattended inside camper or outside
