Affordable Spring break specials on beautiful Dauphin Island

Dauphin Island is your quite getaway you've been looking for…..Our home is located on the East end of the island nestled in the pines. Conveniently located, close to everything. The island has mom and pop shops, restaurants, an estuarium, historic Fort Gaines, bike trails, audubon bird sanctuary, fishing, beaches and glorious sunsets. There is a ferry that can take you to Gulf Shores so that you can enjoy even more of our Gulf Coast.
Our Master bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The other 2 rooms have queens. There is also a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.. Stocked with fresh towels and linens. Enjoy the breezes on the large front porch, or cook out on the downstairs patio. We know that you'll love our house and your stay at Dauphin Island as much as we do. Monthly rates available. Property is great for snowbirds.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The trash is picked up on early Tuesday mornings. Best to take out on Monday evenings. If you happen to be staying within the week and there is a Tuesday please go ahead and take it out. Thank you.
Please be sure to close all blinds and lower them. Also be sure to put the key back in the lock box. Please put the AC back on 75.Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning and to have furniture moved back to its original spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this Dauphin Island rental! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the supplies we needed during our visit. Exactly as pictured! We enjoyed coffee and sunrise on the deck and walking the shady, quiet Bayfront neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the basic seasonings and supplies. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Close to the island center—ferry, bird sanctuary, aquarium, restaurants, and beaches, etc. Easy check-in, and hosts were easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay again!

The host was easy to communicate to. The master bedding had stains on it, and host reassured that they were clean. While cleaning one of our kids found a nitro pill under their bed. Told host never heard back, under the couch wasn’t cleaned from previous visit. It’s a great location, quiet area.
