Apartment 409 is a cosy, bright, welcoming, and fully furnished holiday rental (approx. 42 m²) for up to 3 people on the 4th floor with a view of the North Sea. The apartment consists of a living/sleeping area (fold-out wall beds—which can be unfolded individually; kitchenette with stove and microwave), a separate children’s room (fold-out wall bed), a bathroom (shower and toilet), and a storage room. In addition, the apartment features a balcony with seating, as well as cable TV and Wi-Fi. The on-site swimming pool with a hot tub, the wellness area (sauna and steam room), and the outdoor area offer pure relaxation! An underground parking space and bicycle storage room are, of course, also available free of charge.
The beach is only about 100 m from the resort.
Right inside the Lord Nelson residential complex, there is a small shopping arcade with an Italian ice cream parlour, a gift and magazine boutique with bike rentals, a beauty salon, a pizzeria, and a bakery.
The lifts lead directly from the garage to the living area.
The apartment is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.



The Lord Nelson Residence, with 140 units, is located very close to the beach, just behind the Döser lake dike. An ice cream parlour, a bakery, and a convenience store for daily needs are located right in the building. Recreational amenities: indoor pool, wellness area with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, and steam room; fitness room; table tennis room
Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
