House is really well equipped. Everything you might need is there.

Pros: It was really quiet, no street noise or neighbor noise. Cons: One heater didn't work properly but should get fixed.

Pros: Zentrale Lage im Dorf so das man alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Cons: Die Stühle des Esstisches müssten mal neu bezogen oder ersetzt werden, der Bezug ist an alles defekt und eingerissen

Pros: Diesen Sommer reisen wir nun zum vierten Mal in die kleine,nette, zentral gelegene Altbauwohnung im ersten Stock auf die tolle Insel Borkum. Erst mit einem,nun mit zwei Kindern (jetzt 7 & 3) reisen wir im Auto an. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist familien-praktisch zB Hochstuhl,Kinderbesteck, Hocker im Bad,Spiele, Kinderbett, etwas Sandspielzeug - zum Ausleihen, genug Geschirr und Besteck. Ein grosses Elternschlafzimmer gibt es mit guten Matratzen,eine gut ausgestattete Küche,Kinderzimmer, Waschmaschine, schönes Bad, DVD Player,Wlan...was will man mehr,man ist eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs :) Die Straße ist ruhig- ja Fußgänger hört man mal..aber das geht. Nebenan ist der Bäcker,da kann Papa mal eben im Jogger Brötchen holen...Lebensmittelhandel und Drogerie sind zu Fuß zu erreichen,der Stadtkern mit Shops, Outlet und Restaurants ist kaum 10 Min entfernt, das Schwimmbad 15 Min, zum Südstrand läuft man mit kleinen Kindern ggf 20-25 Min- aber es lohnt sich !!! Ein Postkasten ist um die Ecke zu finden. Zum Be- und Entladen des Autos kann man vor dem Haus parken ,der bezahlbare Parkplatz ist dann nicht weit weg. Fahrräder kann man vor dem Haus anschließen und den Kinderbuggy im Hausflur parken. Top. Wir kommen gerne wieder :),denn wir fühlen uns wohl, wer jedoch eine Wohnung mit Hochglanzmöbeln und Glastisch sucht ist hier verkehrt.
