This house for 6 guests is located in Le Bouscat and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. With 100 m² of space, it offers a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and 2 separate toilets. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, two reversible heat pumps (one in the living room downstairs, one in the upstairs hallway) to cool the entire house, a fan, washing machine, dryer, and a game console. A pool table is also available. A baby cot is provided. Enjoy the patio and barbecue on sunny days. Public transport is within walking distance. There are a few free parking spots nearby, but they are not guaranteed. Street parking is free from Friday 7 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. A parking lot is available 150 m from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on request for an extra fee. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present but are disabled when guests are there. Convenient self check-in is available. The owners have a Golden Retriever. Normal use of all amenities is included. An electricity allowance per day is included; excessive use (for example, abnormal use of the heat pump) may be charged. The house must be left clean; otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply.
