Our quiet holiday home offers the possibility to make the holiday very individual. The house has 60sqm and is tastefully decorated.
1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet. Woodburning stove, underfloor heating and well-equipped bookshelf, stereo and flat screen with satellite - TV.
Terrace and roof terrace (sunsail) with sea view.
Between the two houses there is a pool and a courtyard with shady olive trees. There is also a shady area with a dining table under eucalyptus trees.
The house was completed in 2010, is tastefully decorated and offers every comfort.
The property is located in a nature reserve about 400m from the sea in a largely natural landscape.
We are on the outskirts of Fuseta, a still quiet fishing village in the Eastern Algarve. The sandy beach is also suitable for children as an offshore island prevents the surf of the Atlantic and at the same time has the opportunity to enjoy the open sea. Our property offers shade through old eucalyptus trees directly at the house. Since place and beach are only 2 km away, a car is not absolutely necessary.
Since the house is equipped with underfloor heating, you can also go well in the transition period vacation.
We want a deposit of 300 Euro this is to deposit on site, 30 Euro final cleaning
In the winter months, the heating in the week costs 70 euros if you use the floor heating. For wood consumption nothing is charged.
