Located just 5 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base, Emerald & Elm is an ideal choice for military families, service members, government contractors, and extended-stay travelers. With easy access to major highways, getting around San Antonio is effortless. You're less than 20 minutes from Downtown San Antonio, home to the iconic Alamo, the famous River Walk, museums, shopping, and incredible local dining. San Antonio International Airport is just 22 minutes away, making travel to and from the home quick and convenient.

Everything you need is close by. HEB, Walmart, Target, pharmacies, coffee shops, and dozens of restaurants are all within 10 minutes, so whether you're stocking up for an extended stay or grabbing dinner after a busy day, you're never far from everyday essentials. Emerald & Elm is a newer home, built in 2023 in a brand new community filled with young families.

Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully curated with your comfort in mind. Rest easy in three plush queen beds dressed in premium linens, carefully selected to provide a restful night's sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Additional sleeping accommodations in the upstairs loft include a twin daybed and a futon, providing flexible space for families and groups.

Spend your evenings relaxing on cozy sofas, enjoying your favorite shows on one of two Smart TVs, or catching up on work in the dedicated office complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. Whether you're working remotely, attending virtual meetings, or staying connected with loved ones, you'll have everything you need.
