All guests are responsible for the $150 application fee paid directly to the condo association.

This property requires a minimum stay of 29 nights/30 days and requires paperwork to be completed at least 15 days prior to arrival. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

As Sandpearl Residences has a month minimum term, any references within this advertisement for periods of less than one month are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the condo for a minimum term of a month. Reservations are set for monthly minimum periods throughout the year.
