Welcome to Haus Hanseat!

This beautiful holiday rental, furnished with an eye for detail, is located on the mezzanine level of the popular Haus Hanseat complex, which is situated in a very quiet area directly behind the dike. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the dog beach is right nearby. Perfect for dog owners.

The apartment features a bright, inviting living room. A dining table with a bench separates the open, modern kitchen from the living room. Enjoy cosy evenings on the modern couch; from the living room, you can step out onto the furnished, east-facing balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and other small kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The bedroom is bright and inviting, and the window can be blacked out. The double bed (180x200) has an open footboard. You can use the open cabinets and the large built-in closet in the hallway to store your holiday clothes.
In addition to a sink, towel radiator, and toilet, the bathroom also features a shower. Several cabinets provide space for toiletries.
Up to two dogs are allowed in this holiday rental for a fee. The dog-friendly beach is located right nearby.
A designated parking space is available free of charge directly at the house for your car.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund in Grömitz, der überall mit hin durfte. Die Wohnung war bei übernahme in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung war für uns völlig ausreichend was Geschirr und Besteck usw. betrifft. Wer eine Mikrowelle u. oder einen Wasserkocher braucht geht leer aus. Die Betten bzw. Kopfkissen waren für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal im Urlaub keine Kopf oder Rückenschmerzen. Trotz vieler Hunde war es sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts absolut ruhig im Haus. Mit anderen Worten.....Hunde können sich besser benehmen als anderswo manche Menschen....... Eine Anmerkung: Der Staubsauger sollte leer und nicht mit Wolle vom Hund der vorherigen Belegung gefüllt sein. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfempfehlen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Grömitz. Wir waren begeistert von diesem Ort.Die Ferienwohung hat uns super gefallen,es hat nichts gefehlt!! Es gab viel zu erkunden, shoppen, gutes Essen und eine tolle ehrliche Freundlichkeit. Unser Hund durfte überall mit hin. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage und wir werden wiederkommen.
