This charming 2-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor is located in the well-maintained Haus Sonneninsel complex and offers approximately 35 m² of living space.

Up to 2 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here with a seasonal, limited view of the sea across the dike. The cosy living room, featuring a sofa, smart TV, and Bluetooth radio, ensures a comfortable stay. The built-in kitchen is well-equipped despite its compact size and ensures effortless preparation of delicious meals. You’ll find plenty of space at the dining table for meals or games. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished balcony facing the sea, where you can unwind in the sunshine. A patio umbrella provides shade when needed. In the separate bedroom, a large double bed (180x200 cm) ensures restful nights, and the well-maintained, bright shower room leaves nothing to be desired.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you at the house. There is also a place to store any bicycles you bring with you. The staircase to the ground floor is somewhat steep.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
