Ground Floor: Step inside and you’ll be delighted: Your living area is not only spacious and flooded with light—the high-quality design, featuring numerous thoughtful details, is also sure to impress. A flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi system, DVD player, and Wi-Fi are all included as standard. A beautiful, separate kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a fully stocked set of kitchenware.

Your private garden area with a south-facing terrace is one of the most beautiful spots to enjoy the Sylt sun and listen to the sound of the sea. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available from approximately April through October.

Lower Level: Here you’ll find two beautifully designed rooms featuring luxurious oak parquet flooring that feels wonderful underfoot. One room features a double bed (200x200 cm), while the other offers a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm). You can also look forward to the new, spacious bathroom with a shower, tub, and toilet.

Upper Floor: In the beautifully designed upper-floor area, you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) as well as a second bedroom with a single bed (1.00x200 cm). The lovely bathroom with a shower and toilet is right next door.

Attic: The open-concept attic area is a true paradise for children; nestled cosily under the roof, this space is equipped with a radio/CD player and a TV.
