From April through October, the terrace is furnished with a beach chair and several seating and lounging areas. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

The basement of the house features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. You’ll also find a “Physiotherm” infrared sauna and a room with a washing machine and dryer. For families, this house offers a very special highlight: Play foosball with your kids on the in-house foosball table or throw a few darts at the dartboard located in the same room.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.

This is a non-smoking property where pets are not allowed. There is a parking space in front of the house. The electric charging station is currently unavailable.

Note: In newly built thatched-roof homes, thatch flies may occasionally appear. These are completely harmless to humans and may appear from time to time during the first two years after a new natural thatched roof has been installed.
