This new wing of the house, built with a thatched roof and located near the beach, offers 200 square metres of space. The space is spread across three levels and provides ample room for six people. Liv Hus is furnished in a Scandinavian style—bright, understated, and featuring warm wooden elements.

Ground floor: the living room with a TV and a gas fireplace; the dining area offers ample space for 6 people; a kitchenette with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, a Siemens fully automatic coffee maker; a large garden with a terrace (southwest-facing) featuring patio furniture and a beach chair (approx. April–October); there is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor

Ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm) and TVs, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet

Basement: one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a desk, and a TV; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a sauna with a relaxation lounger, shower, and bathtub; and a home theatre with a Sonos Dolby Surround system.

You’ll find a parking space right next to the house. This is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed.
