Villa Strandblick in Binz Wohnung 03 Miramare

Welcome to Miramare... This 3-room apartment on the ground floor of Villa Strandblick, with approximately 68 square metres of living space, charms guests with its modern and well-maintained furnishings, which create a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation, especially on the spa-style balcony, where you can soak up the evening sun and enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea towards the pier and the chalk coast.


The bright, inviting living area features a flat-screen TV with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a cosy corner couch, and an electric fireplace, and offers direct access to the balcony. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.

The high-quality kitchenette has been harmoniously integrated into the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette machine, crepe maker, and various small kitchen items.


The larger bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a built-in closet, another flat-screen TV, and blackout blinds. From here, you have direct access to the apartment’s private sauna and the balcony.


The smaller bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m, which can be converted into two separate, full-size beds. A built-in closet and blackout blinds are also provided.


The separate, spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet, a double sink, a large lighted mirror with a separate cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.


As a special extra, a private beach chair is available free of charge at beach entrance 11 from May through September (weather permitting).


In addition to a parking space in the backyard—which is already included in the booking price—the basement also offers storage space for bicycles. Guests of Villa Strandblick also have shared access to a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement.


The Miramare apartment can be booked for 1 to 4 people. In the interest of our future guests, especially those with allergies, pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
