Please be aware this property is on a Septic System please only flush toilet paper down the septic system.
Due to the area sometimes power outages may happen. We don't have control or issue refunds for outages.
The property is surrounded by agriculture fields and on a private domestic shallow well and recommend bringing bottle water for drinking.
Private property only has a graveled road to get to the home. Sometimes can have some big pot holes so please drive slow. During raining season it can get muddy at times.
Your are out in the country so keep in mind to have some country shoes that you don't mind getting little dirty ;)
