We would like to inform you that painting and carpentry work is expected to take place on the house to which this holiday rental belongs,
, starting around 15.03.2027.

You will experience the following restrictions:
- Use of the balconies/terraces is possible, but painting, carpentry, and cleaning work will also take place there
- Floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be opened, as the fall protection barriers will be removed from the outside for the painting work

If the work does indeed take place during your travel dates, you will receive a 20% discount on the room rate.
This discount will be refunded to you after your stay.
The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location, approximately 150 metres from the beach in Graal-Müritz, and is on the ground floor with a large terrace. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday.
The apartment features two bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a fireplace. A parking space assigned to the holiday rental is located right next to the house.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, plenty of supplies such as dishwasher tablets and toilet paper, as well as a starter pack of firewood from October through April.
You will receive your visitor’s cards upon arrival. The prices listed are based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
We’re happy to provide bed linens for 15€ per person, towels for 10€ per person, or a combined bed linen & towel package for 25€ per person.
This is a non-smoking apartment; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Check-in is from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Wir haben zu viert d...

Wir haben zu viert die Wohnung gemietet und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Man hat sogar schon Mülltüten und Geschirrspültabs dort vorgefunden. Das hat vieles vereinfacht. Die Wirkung der Wohnung ist in echt noch um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten z. B. auch einen größeren neueren Fernseher als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Terrasse ist auch wirklich sehr schön und groß. Und alles war sehr sauber! Alles in allem werden wir die Wohnung wahrscheinlich wieder mieten, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Also gerne wieder! *Originalbewertung von Air BnB übernommen*
