Top-notch 2-room apartment in Zempin, just 150 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. We rent year-round for 2 people in the exceptionally quiet seaside resort of Zempin, on the “Sun Island” of Usedom on the Baltic Sea, featuring 60 square metres of living space and a large covered balcony. Both rooms offer a wonderful view of the dune forest. The apartment includes a parking space. There is a communal barbecue area on the property. The building features a shared laundry room with a dryer and washing machine (for a fee). This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. The Bäderbahn train stop is about a 10-minute walk away. A bakery, restaurants, a supermarket, and the small harbour of Zempin are all within easy walking distance. In the neighbouring town of Zinnowitz, you’ll find a cinema, the Vineta Theatre, and the Bernsteintherme spa—all worth a visit. The town of Zempin is located at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon.
