Immerse yourself in the warm and friendly atmosphere of our Küstenzauber in the heart of Carolinensiel. Spanning 70 square metres, this home offers up to four guests a space full of light, room, and charm—perfect for relaxing days by the coast.

The living room captivates with its high ceilings and characterful wooden beams, which fill the room with a special Nordic flair. Large windows let the sun stream in, swimming the apartment in a bright, inviting light. In the cosy sofa nook in front of the fireplace, you can enjoy long evenings with good conversation or a book in complete tranquility. (Please note: Firewood is not included in the booking.)

The open-concept kitchen blends harmoniously with the dining area and invites you to enjoy shared meals, game nights, or simply a leisurely breakfast. From the large dining table, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the balcony and the peaceful surroundings.

The bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep: The master bedroom, with a double bed (180x200 single mattresses) and warm wooden furniture, creates a cosy retreat, while the second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends. Ample storage space ensures you’ll feel right at home.

The bathroom offers comfort and plenty of natural light—with a bathtub, shower, and a large mirror that makes the room feel even more spacious.

The balcony provides a quiet spot to wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.
Please note that you must bring your own firewood if needed; it is not included in the booking.

A private parking space, a cot, and a high chair are also available so you can enjoy your holiday stress-free.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary bonus and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be occasional instances where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linen packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linen package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
