Die Betten waren gut.Die Toilettenspülung war von Anfang an defekt. Lösung: die Abdeckung wurde entfernt und wir mussten den Wasserhebel/-Stab per Hand drücken und ziehen. Die Dusche war schmutzig, rostig und man musste zwischendurch den Duschvorgang abbrechen, weil das Wasser sehr schlecht ablief. Überall in der Wohnung wurden wir Spinnengeweben begrüßt und die Fenster hätten sich auch über eine Reinigung gefreut. Die Aussage, „Küche vollausgestattet“ sollte man ebenfalls nochmal überdenken. Außerdem durften wir noch die Krümel der Vormieter im Toaster entsorgen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte keine Tür, die Abdeckung der Deckenlampe fehlte und die 2 Kleiderschränke boten keine Möglichkeit, etwas aufzuhängen. Eines der „Schlafzimmer „ war eine abgetrennte Nische im Esszimmerbereich, was noch akzeptabel war. Aber der Trennvorhang wurde am Ende der Schiene durch eine echtes Gummibärchen in Form einer Kirsche gestoppt. Man muss halt Ideen haben. Der Außenbereich enthielt eine Stolperfalle nach der anderen, war sehr ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Vielleicht haben wir noch was vergessen, aber es reicht auch so.PS als kleine Entschuldigung wurde uns vom Vermieter ein Gutschein für eine Eisdiele versprochen. Leider hat er nicht dazu gesagt, wann er das erledigen wollte. Bis jetzt jedenfalls nicht.

Die Wohnung wurde fast drei Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check in ohne Rücksprache bezogen. Dies ist auf Grund einer Schlüsselbox möglich. Vor Einzug werden alle Wohnungen durch mich kontrollier und ggf. nach gearbeitet, was hier nötig gewesen wäre. Diese Möglichkeit wurde mir nicht gegeben, da man sich nicht an die Hausregeln gehalten hat. Nach der Beschwerde durfte ich die Sachen nicht in Ordnung bringen, da man sich selbstständig aus dem eigenen Depot Dinge besorgt hatte. Man muss sich darüber im klaren sein, dass es hier 100 qm für 100 Euro gibt, dass es nicht das Grand Hotel ist sollte klar sein. Zudem war die Toilettenspülung nicht defekt, lediglich die Blende war locker. Ehrlichkeit bei einer Bewertung ist hier nicht gegeben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super. Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr dreckig. Die Dusche mag man nicht betreten. Haare im Bad, Dreck in Schubladen, Betten nicht sauber.
