The apartment spans approximately 35 square meters and features a fully glass-enclosed balcony that’s perfect for relaxing—not just during the summer months. Thanks to the glass enclosure, you can also use the balcony as a sunroom and enjoy the view all year round.

In terms of layout, you’ll find a combined bedroom/living room with a practical fold-down bed that saves space during the day and ensures a restful night’s sleep. The built-in kitchen nook is equipped with a dining table where you can enjoy cozy meals. The bathroom features a shower, and in the hallway you’ll find a closet for your clothes and accessories.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and electric heating in the bedroom/living room as well as in the bathroom.

A parking space is, of course, also available to you.
