2) Lower-level king suite featuring a private en-suite bathroom.
3) The upper floor features a primary King bedroom complete with a private en-suite bathroom.
4 & 5) The upper level includes two king-sized bedrooms, which are connected by a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
6) The upper level includes a bedroom featuring two twin beds, accompanied by an adjacent, private sitting area.
7) Pullout couch - Den upstairs near twin bedroom
8) Pullout couch - lower level couch in tv room

House notes:

We have recently curated this property as a luxury vacation rental and are delighted to share the warmth and comfort of our former family home with you.

We were drawn to this location because it offers the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility. Tucked away in a tranquil setting, the property remains within a short drive of the vibrant energy of downtown Asheville, as well as exceptional shopping and world-class hiking trails.

Furthermore, the expansive three-acre lot provides a private, open environment, offering ample space for children to play freely.

The home offers exceptional privacy, while the well-appointed outdoor amenities—including the swimming pool, playset, spacious deck, patio, and fire pit—create a seamless environment for outdoor living.

Being so close to the airport makes arrivals and departures effortless, yet when you return to the house, you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle. It is truly the best of both worlds: quiet relaxation paired with the convenience of being minutes away from everything this region has to offer.

Additionally, we truly appreciate the friendly atmosphere of our neighborhood.
