We had to add water to the Hot Tub but it was good once we did that.

Thanks for the note — sorry you had to add water, but glad it was good after that. We’ll check the hot tub’s fill/level before the next stay so future guests don’t have to top it off. Appreciate the feedback — hope to host you again. — Jeff & Bridget

We had a great stay. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use. Basketball court was in great shape. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. We had 13 adult people and found the walk-thru bedroom did not have pocket doors. I thought I had seen them in the pictures, but that was not the case. With that many people we needed seven bedrooms and that one was useless to us. Maybe parents with children would use it. The location was really great. Not quite enough silverware for 13 people. Towels were plentiful for the pool. Each bathroom had two towels. Check out was super - just leave and they would do the rest. Would I rent it again - yes.

Thanks for the review — glad the pool, hot tub, basketball court and location worked well for your group. I’m sorry the walk‑through bedroom layout didn’t suit your needs and that the flatware was short for 13 people. We’ll review the listing photos and description to make the bedroom layout clearer and check the kitchen inventory to add more silverware for larger groups. Happy to hear towels and checkout were easy. Thanks again for the helpful feedback — we’d love to host you again. — Home Team Vacation Rentals

The property worked out great for our annual Christmas family weekend. The kids love a hot tub and the extra towels were great. The basketball/pickleball was great fun. We appreciated the back being fenced in for everyone's safety and especially our best doggie, Gracie. The cinema room was also a big hit. The pool table got lots of use. My only suggestion would be more outdoor lightning both for safety and for extra use of the great backyard. We also looked for a broom but couldn't find one. We will consider a return trip. Great property! Great hosts!
