Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Schöner Garten mit angenehmer Beschattung. Wohnung / Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, viele kleine Dinge erleichtern den Alltag (z.B. vorhandene Abwaschmaschinen-Tabs, Spühlmittel, Gewürze, WC-Papier, Kaffee-Kapseln, Teebeutel, ...). In beiden Zimmern sind Decken-Ventilatoren vorhanden, die Wohnung lässt sich aber auch angenehm kühl halten, wenn bei direkter Sonnen-Einstrahlung am Morgen die Storen geschlossen sind. Parkplatz in Gehdistanz in Tiefgarage vorhanden (das Auto ist auch im Sommer immer schön kühl!).

Wir, zwei Paare haben wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Vom schattigen Garten aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See, der gerade vor der "Haustür" liegt. Herr Fausto, der im oberen Stockwerk wohnt war kaum zu sehen und sehr freundlich. Er bot uns Feigen, Paprika und Basilikum an, ebenso stand auf dem Tisch ein Willkommensgruß und ihm Kühlschrank Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (zur Bushaltestelle sind es kaum fünf Minuten). Einzig, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Tageslicht, doch im Sommer ist das kein Problem, da wir uns ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten haben.

Es lief alles schnell und unkompliziert. Fausto ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Alles war tipptopp sauber und wir erhielten sogar ein paar Willkommensgeschenke! Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür! Auch hatten wir ein paar Schritte entfernt einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!
