Designed for guests who appreciate beautiful surroundings, privacy, and relaxed island living, Silver Beach House combines modern coastal style with one of Exuma's most desirable beachfront locations. Step outside to your private heated infinity pool, walk directly onto the soft white sand of Tar Bay, and spend your days enjoying the crystal-clear water just steps from the house.

THE VILLA
Bright, open-concept living spaces are designed to take full advantage of the beautiful ocean views, with large windows and doors creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meals at home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Silver Beach House features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, giving everyone plenty of comfort and privacy.

One of the bedrooms also includes a twin bunk bed, providing additional sleeping space and making the villa especially well suited for families traveling with children.

Could not say enough positive things about our stay! The house is beyond beautiful, perfectly kept, fully stocked kitchen and pool toys/ floats and chairs. Cannot wait to come back! Silver Beach House is absolutely stunning! Everything is brand new and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked- the owners thought of everything possible for your needs! The pool and view are breath-taking! We loved every minute we spent in the house and the island itself. The people are friendly and restaurants were delicious. Communication with the hosts and manager were excellent. You won’t be sorry to rent this slice of heaven!!

The house is great, very well stocked kitchen, super clean, great outdoor area, pool and beach right out the back door. We had chef Keva for 3 of the 5 nights which was convenient. The house manager, Esther, communicated very well with videos and voicemails through WhatsApp. One very small thing, there is no soap or small shampoo bottles in the showers so bring your own. The Silver Beach House sign lays flat on the white wall so if you’re driving toward Georgetown, be on the lookout to the left.

We loved this place! We have stayed in a lot of homes on the islands, but it didn't take long for my wife to say "i'm obsessed". Lots of A comments - the house, location, the pool, beach access, beach toys, the kitchen. All were amazing. We have a family of 5 and the three bedrooms were perfect and more than spacious for us. We cooked a couple meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy, thank you Ester for all your insight and help during our stay. Highly recommend booking this house if you visit Exuma.

Silver Beach House is just beautiful! The view is unmatched, you look out over the pool to the blue ocean. The house inside is extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We ate at the dining table outside a lot, and sat on the loungers at the pool most of the day listening to the ocean. The beach is great for long walks. It was quite windy when we were there, so we didn't get to use the paddle boards or sea kayaks.

Silver Beach House was the perfect place to stay. As you walk through the front door you look through the wall of windows to the pool area and to the ocean beyond. It sits on Tar Bay Beach which is our favorite location due to its convenience to everything on the island. The beach is beautiful and very walkable. The pool is heated, with seating in shade and sun. The house itself is airy and open. There are three bedrooms with king-sized beds. The kitchen is large and very well appointed. The house is tastefully decorated. We loved the look. There is an outdoor dining table where we had many meals. Location is important on Exuma, and Silver Beach House is in the perfect location. The owners and property manager are very responsive. We will stay there again.

Best vacation ever

Silver Beach house was beyond what we expected. The property is so beautiful with all the perfect touches to make your vacation a dream come true. The location is perfect and waking up to that view was spectacular. Esther was so helpful with everything and went above and beyond to help us when our daughter was sick. We are already looking to book again.
