The holiday rental is located directly on Lake Sonnensee on the upper floor, is modernly furnished, and has a 5-star DTV rating. The apartment features a modern built-in kitchen and is equipped with a ventilation system. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, stove with range hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. For our younger guests, we provide cots, a step stool in the bathroom, a children’s toilet seat, high chairs, and changing tables with baby bathtubs and nappy pails. The apartment also features a safe and includes a carport parking space right next to the house with a lockable bike garage (padlock required). Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot is provided free of charge upon request. There is a bread roll delivery service on site, as well as a Pizanto pizza lorry during peak season and school holidays. A washing machine is available on site for a fee.
