This modern 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level, “Haus Windrose Apartment 2,” is located in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea and, with its 40 m², can accommodate up to 4 people.

The cosy living area is equipped with a high-quality sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), a TV, a built-in kitchenette, and a dining area.
From here, you have direct access to the spacious east-facing balcony.

In the built-in kitchen, you’ll find a mini-oven, a 2-burner hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and much more.

Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the cosy bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (2 single mattresses, each 80x200 cm), a wardrobe, and another TV. The bedroom features a blackout blind.

The modern bathroom, decorated in a nautical style, is equipped with a hair dryer, toilet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space.

The building features a swimming pool as well as an indoor sports and game room with exercise equipment.
You are welcome to use the communal laundry and drying room for a fee.

A parking space is reserved for you directly at the building.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
The building’s swimming pool is closed from January through March 15.

The accessible Niendorf Bird Park is definitely worth a visit.
There, you can see native and exotic birds in the reed beds, as well as one of the world’s largest collections of owls.
