The owners have completely renovated and refurnished the apartment and are looking forward to sharing it with you now!
The location is ideal: just 150 metres from the boardwalk and beach, as well as a great playground, “Haus Anna”—which houses the “Lütte Deern” holiday rental—is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The apartment comes with two parking spaces right in front of the house. The bakery and supermarkets are close by, whether you’re walking or driving.
Spanning 120 square metres, the ground floor and basement feature two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a children’s room with two beds that can be pulled out to create two additional beds; and two bathrooms with showers.
Enjoy breakfast outdoors, soak up the sun on a garden lounger, or have relaxing barbecue evenings—the 20-square-meter terrace leaves nothing to be desired, even when you’re outside.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The separate dining room offers plenty of space for shared meals, cosy get-togethers, and games. You’ll find a large selection of board games and puzzles for all ages in the cabinet.
Alternatively, you can relax in the living room on the couch or in the comfortable recliner to wind down the evening cosily with a blanket in front of the smart TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, included, so you can surf the web and stream content without any problems.
The kids’ room has plenty of space to play and wonderfully comfortable beanbag chairs for a few rounds on the PlayStation 4 (games are provided).
The absolute highlight is the game room, complete with a pool table and a dartboard.
During beach chair season (roughly from Easter to October), the owners have reserved a beach chair for you in a great location.
Numerous shops, restaurants, the pier, and sports facilities on the beach are just as easily accessible from here as one of the many playgrounds.
A handcart is available in the shed for your outings or trips to the beach. You can also lock up your bicycles there or store other items for your stay.
A travel cot and safety gate are provided in the apartment, and a high chair is available upon request. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement for a fee.

Holiday rental—as always with Quartierfreund—was perfectly equipped. Unfortunately, there were no mosquito screens on the windows. Even now in the fall, we still had quite a few mosquitoes in the bedrooms because of this. The children’s room was nice and spacious. The two master bedrooms, however, were really small. Once we put in a double bed and a closet, the room was completely full. Our youngest was supposed to sleep in a travel cot with us, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. There
