The accommodation is furnished with great taste and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition, its location on the first line of the beach will allow you to enjoy impressive sea views from the comfort of your own home. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, two full bathrooms with shower, living-dining room with ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, solana with washing machine and clothesline and 2 beautiful furnished terraces where you can relax and enjoy sea views as well as the exceptional climate of Tenerife. A beautiful natural fine sand beach Playa de la Jaquita is just steps away from the house. Other dream beaches and the centre of the coastal town are approximately 5-10 minutes walking from the property. El Médano is a small and quiet coastal town in the south of the island, famous for its wonderful golden fine sand beaches and local atmosphere. Walking through the centre, dotted with small bars, taverns, restaurants and shops or enjoying the different terraces surrounding the 2 squares of the town is a real pleasure. It is an ideal house for families with children, as well as for individual travellers who flee from large overcrowded tourist centres and want to feel at home with all comfort. The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of people outside the reservation. Neighbours' rest is also requested, by not making noise after 10:00 pm.

The stay at Vista Marina was really lovely. The property covered all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect which I knew as I’d stayed in an apartment in the same complex previously but it wasn’t front row like this. There are a few tired elements of the property but nothing major and is return to the property. I’ve stayed in EL Medano many times and this is my preferred spot, close enough to town but nice and quiet when you want to relax. Hosts were responsive when we asked questions and access was simple.

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist fantastisch: nur ca. 50 Meter zum Strand und ca. 500 Meter nach El Medano. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen vorgesehen - meiner Meinung nach wird es ab fünf Personen schon etwas eng. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, doch ausreichend. Leider funktionierte die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht - und wir konnten sie auch mit Unterstützung der Eigentümer nicht in Gang bringen. Das anfangs unstabile WLan wurde auch besser und hatte weniger Ausfälle. Die Dunstabzugshaube konnten wir nicht in Gang bringen. Die Schränke waren mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllt: Salz, Gewürze, Wasser - und auch ein paar Flaschen Wein standen zur Begrüssung zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei - ist jedoch mit 6KG bei sechs Personen etwas unterdimensioniert. Ich würde mich wieder für dieses Ferienhaus entscheiden.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung im Allgemeinen sowie die kleinen Willkommensaufmerksamkeiten gefallen haben. Auch schön zu hören, dass Sie die Waschmaschine und das WLAN nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten nutzen konnten und insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr die Unannehmlichkeiten mit der Geschirrspülmaschine und der Dunstabzugshaube. Dass die Probleme trotz Unterstützung nicht behoben werden konnten, tut uns leid. Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis zur Kapazität und Ausstattung für größere Gruppen – Ihr Feedback ist für uns sehr wertvoll. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
