Breathtaking four bedroom, two bath house in the Exclusive Martinique Beach resort. Stroll through the plush surroundings of Martinique or enjoy a relaxing day in the sun at the beach or one of the pools in the complex.The one story house offers over 1800 sq feet of living space.

Your Exquisite home comes with a golf cart and bicycles (2 adult and 1 child) for your use to go to the private beach if you choose not to walk. The fully furnished house includes a fabulous kitchen, as well as a screened in porch and a gas grill.A Pak N Play, high chair, beach/pool toys are also provided.
The master suite includes a DVD/VCR combo. Relax in front of the 36' TV with DVD/VCR in the living room. Many games and reading materials are also included. The furnishings at OCEAN BREEZE make your beach trip a fantastically comforting one. The NO SMOKING-NO PETS house offers you the best Gulf Shores has to offer with privacy, miles of beautiful beaches and a family friendly environment regardless of age.

PARKING: Please note only 2 cars allowed on property. Additional cars will have to be moved to overflow lot and you will be charged a weekly fee. We do provide the first parking pass with rental. If you need a second parking pass, it must be purchased on site

June beach week

Would stay again. House excellent, maintained and community had countryclub atmosphere, everything neat and proper. Beach perfect for kids, not crowded, loud or rowdy. We ate in most meals, making one trip to Orange Beach Walmart with most other tourist. Best food out at The Hideaway just a mile toward Fort Morgan. Recommend early season (May/June) as weather cooler and jellyfish fewer, perhaps just a fluke but best of 5 years of trips to same beach.

Amazing Property

We agree with many of the other reviewers, the pictures of the property don't show how nice and amazing it is!! Everything was clean and kept up very well. You can tell this property is loved and cared for. There was a lot of room in the house. The couches and beds were all comfortable. The internet/wifi was fast. There was plenty of space for everybody. The 4th bunk bedroom is smaller, my youngest LOVED it. Every bedroom had a TV. It was the best stocked place we have ever stayed in. There were beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles, pool noodles, pool floats, tennis rackets and tennis balls for playing outside. The kitchen had everything you would need. They even have an electric griddle! We’ve never seen that in a place. They help make lots of pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches quickly. The neighborhood was very nice. It was away from the crowded main Golf Shore area, but still 15 minutes from it. There is a Dollar General very close to the property. The neighborhood wasn’t crowded at all, but I think we were there during a not as busy time (mid march). The beach was great, perfect fine white sand. We only used one of the pool facilities. The indoor pool was warm and everything was in good shape. The golf cart was a very good perk. It helped us quickly get to the pools and the beach. Chris was responsive when we had any questions. We had an amazing time! My son really wants to come back again in the summer.

Great stay with family

House was great. Everything was in good shape. We love the house and neighborhood. House came with a ton of beach supplies and toys. Kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee filters (which we had forgotten)

Small mishap with the keys initially but spoke to Chris and he fixed immediately. Everything was lovely, with adults to children down to 5 years old. Nice quiet location. Golf cart was handy to get to and from beach or pool.

Nice house in a wonderful neighborhood.

We had a great trip to the beach. While this house isn't super close to the beach, the golf cart made everything very convenient. The house was clean, well laid out, and very convenient. The only downsides were minor inconveniences that were easily manage.d We had two vehicles with us, and it was tough to find find space to park both of them. The fourth bedroom was great for our kid, but it is really just big enough for the beds and wouldn't be comfortable for anyone much older. o

Family fun!

This property was great. The pictures do not do it justice! Quick walk or golf cart ride to the pool or beach! Quiet neighborhood, beach and pool were not crowded! We had a great time!

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean breeze! It was out first trip to this area, we loved the quiet. The house was nicer than the pictures show, it has EVERYTHING! From beach supplies to pots and pans. Bring your seasonings if you plan to cook. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The bikes needed a little work but we still were able to use them. Golf cart was great we used to haul stuff to beach and just tool around. You can park two vehicles but one had to be in garage and then bikes and golf cart couldn't fit. Also we didn't know anything about when garbage pick up was??? They came a couple times but we didn't know about it. Also the pools are great but didn't know where they were or how to get in to them, kept trying doors until someone showed us. I rated a 4 for cleanliness because I did notice some cob webs up high, not a big deal for me. The place was great and we had a good time! Thank you!

Great Community

We have stayed at Martinique in various rentals for the past 13 years. We really enjoyed our stay this time at Ocean Breeze. The golf cart was great for hauling our stuff back and forth to the beach. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were also very friendly and easy to work with.

Love the whole thing. Been staying on the coast for many years and this is one of the best yet. The garage is a game-changer with all the beach stuff. Golf cart helped with the to and from. The kids loved the bunk room. Bed was comfy. Porches front and back gave us all room to spread out. We will be staying again.

Wonderful and Convenient

This property is perfect for a family. It has all the amenities and the golf cart makes going to the beach with children easy. The beach is beautiful and not crowded (we were there on Labor Day week). The pools are well taken care of, beautiful, and not over crowded. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

Family getaway

The house was beautiful. The beach was amazing and not very busy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The owner was prompt in getting back to us. I highly recommend this place.
