New, stylish holiday villa with swimming pool and hot tub, only 100m from Kamena beach in Tucepi!



Villa Aria offers all the prerequisites for an unforgettable holiday in Croatia on 200m² of living space. The house is generously and modernly designed. The holiday can begin as soon as you enter the house.



From the fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and dining area with large dining table, to the exit to the terrace with Weber gas grill and extra dining area on the terrace. The spacious living room offers relaxation chairs and an extravagant sofa. Relax here with your favourite reading material and forget about time and everyday life.



On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool, with sun loungers and areas with lounge furniture. Enjoy the time at the heated swimming pool and hot tub, with Mediterranean plants in the beautifully landscaped garden all around.



The 3 individually designed bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with large double beds, air conditioning and TV, beautiful sea and mountain views. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, mirror.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

Electric blinds are available in all rooms, air conditioning, satellite TV.



A garage for 2 cars as well as parking spaces directly at the house are available on the fenced property. It is only a 100m walk to the sea and beach. The centre with supermarket and restaurants is also within walking distance.

Good villa, close to the shops, restaurants and beach.

Host was good and helpful. House close everything you will need. Good air con and bathrooms. Good kitchen with all amenities, great TV’s. Adequate pool with loungers, barbq and outdoor facilities. Overall a 4.5 out of 5, would recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful villa as a family of six and absolutely loved it!

There are three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower — very convenient and private. The living room and kitchen are extremely spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for spending time together. The pool is fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds around it — great for relaxing during the day. The whole house is very stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was super comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back again!

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in der "Stylish Villa Aria". Die Lage ist optimal, es ist ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. An der ruhigeren Seite von der Bucht in Tucepi. Auf der anderen Seite der Promenade die ca. 4 km lang ist, hat man dann mehrere Hotels, dort ist dann auch viel mehr los. Von unserem ersten Aufenthalt kennen wir das Restaurant "Ranc", auch heuer waren wir 3 x dort essen. Einfach ein Traum, 400 Meter über der Villa. Weiters können wir sehr empfehlen, das Restaurant Post up, Rossos und Bistro Olea. Dies wurde uns von Einheimischen empfohlen und es war hervorragend. Zur Villa gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, alles top wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool ist klasse, der Whirlpool war Anfangs sehr kalt, das dauert halt einige Stunden bis er sich erwärmt. Bisschen Geduld haben, klappt dann aber sehr gut. Wir hatten wieder einen frühzeitigen Check in, das Service ist super, hier muss man allerdings etwas drauf zahlen vor Ort. Aber es zahlt sich aus, wenn man schon um 10 Uhr in die Villa kann. Genug Bettwäsche & Handtücher vorhanden, auch zum tauschen. Poolhandtücher auch vorhanden. Was ich ganz toll finde, beim Poolbereich war ein Teil der Terrasse aus Holz, da hat sich mein Sohn letztes Jahr leider verletzt. Dies wurde nun ausgetauscht und gefliest. Ganz Top! Der Vermieter selbst ist sehr freundlich, wenn man etwas braucht, einfach kurz ne Whats App senden. Zusammenfassend, wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort, es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und können die Villa weiterempfehlen. Würde mir nichts einfallen was man verbessern könnte. Wunschlos glücklich gewesen!
