Please read and agree to our house rules, then answer a few questions so we can be sure the cabin is the perfect fit for you and your group:

- Please share the names and ages of all guests staying at the cabin.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any unregistered or additional guests beyond the 4-person limit will incur a $100 fee per extra guest.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana is permitted inside the cabin or anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke, please do so on the street.
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- No parties or events. We value our neighbors and appreciate your help in respecting the community.
Please separate trash and recycling using the provided bins.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval and a small cleaning fee. Please let us know the breed, size, name, and how many pets you`ll be bringing.
- If you`re bringing a service dog, please provide the required information in advance.
- Since we`re on a septic system, please flush only toilet paper.
- Please let us know how many vehicles you`ll be bringing, as parking is limited.

We had a great stay at this mountain cabin. Love that It’s surrounded by many pine trees. The interior is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and communication was great from start to finish. Place is wheelchair friendly and extremely clean. Highly recommend to anyone !!
