Enjoy the cosy balcony under the gable with an idyllic view of the Aurach’s final waterfall—just 50 metres from where it flows into the Leitzach—and the wild ducks that regularly swim by. Enjoy your temporary home surrounded by magnificent mountains and clear lakes—the perfect starting point for extraordinary hikes and bike rides in the summer. In winter, take advantage of the nearby Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas, as well as the Bayrischzell cross-country skiing centre, which is free for our guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The living/bedroom area invites you to relax, complete with internet TV and Wi-Fi. The sleeping area features a romantic bed and a walk-in closet. Plenty of wood, plenty of light, and a generous dose of a cosy atmosphere make this spacious holiday apartment your personal favourite spot. The bathroom, with a glass-enclosed shower and thermostatic showerhead, completes the luxurious ambiance.

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
