3 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

When you enter the house, you immediately enter the hall. The hall gives you access to the upper floor, toilet and kitchen. The kitchen gives access to the living room.
The comfortably and spaciously furnished living room has a spacious corner sofa, flat-screen TV and cozy dining area with 6 chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is the entrance to the kitchen. The simply, but practically furnished kitchen has a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (Nespresso type machine).
 
The stairs take you to the landing where 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are located.
 
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (single mattresses and duvets), sink, cupboard space, TV and patio doors.
 
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (single mattresses and duvets) and a wardrobe.
 
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and cupboard space.
 
The cozy bathroom was recently renovated (November 2019) and has a shower and sink with mirror. There is also a separate toilet on the top floor.
 
The terrace with garden furniture is wonderfully sheltered on the east, where you can enjoy the lovely morning sun. Possibility to store bicycles via the rear entrance.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
Holiday home "het Fijne Zandhuis" (6 persons) is located next to our other holiday home "het Zandhuisje" (4 persons). Both houses each have a separate terrace, giving you absolute privacy. These homes are also ideal if you want to travel with several people/families. We're all on holiday together, but still apart.
