After a long day at the beach, relax in a beach chair and enjoy this spacious, modernly furnished holiday home, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a private garden, perfect for winding down the day in peace in the evening. *Newly available for rent starting in June 2024*
This modern, non-smoking holiday home is situated in a quiet location within a holiday home community in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the sandy beach of Duhnen as well as the ahoi water park.
The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor and thus accommodates up to 6 people.
From the entrance, you step directly into the large living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the private, fenced-in garden with a patio and a beach chair.

The spacious living-dining area inside the house features a large seating area with an armchair, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a separate dining area. A small wood-burning stove invites you to relax and unwind during the cooler months. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with, among other things, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, an additional refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In addition, the ground floor features an utility room with a washing machine and a fully equipped bathroom with a window, a walk-in shower, and a sauna.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms and another shower room with a window are located. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a TV, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed and a fold-out bed (0.90 x 2.00 m each). All bedrooms have exterior blinds.
You can conveniently park your car in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the shed next to the house. In addition, a beach chair is available for you on the beach (seasonal, starting May 1).
Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home., If you’d like to bring your pet, please feel free to contact us.

Check-in is daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return keys to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
