Welcome to Podere Santa Renata, a peaceful Tuscan retreat nestled in the typical rolling hills of Tuscany with stunning views over the historic town of Volterra, just 14 minutes away. The ground floor (80m2), part of a traditionally styled country house recently updated with modern comforts, air conditioning and WiFi, is perfect for 4 guests (two bedrooms) and can welcome up to 6 guests (bed couch in living room). The first floor is not rented and remains unoccupied for your complete comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The living and dining room (27m2) separated by a stone arch, opens directly onto the south-facing garden and nature, which changes color throughout the day, with olive groves on the fully fenced property, cypress and pine trees on the picturesque horizon.

The private swimming pool (9x5m2) offers a refreshing escape with views over the Tuscan countryside and promises beautiful sunsets. The garden is an oasis of tranquillity. The 40m2 terrace is the perfect place to relax or enjoy an aperitif or dinner with a barbecue area (gas).

Podere Santa Renata is a unique place where every detail has been designed for your comfort. It's secluded enough to offer peace and quiet, with the nearest neighbour a kilometre away, yet well placed to explore Tuscany's rich history and natural beauty, or enjoy the excellent Tuscan cuisine in restaurants within 12 minutes.

At Podere Santa Renata, you are in the heart of Tuscany: San Gimignagno is about 20 minutes away. Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and the beautiful beaches are about an hour away, ideal for a day trip.

Awesome location. Quiet except for the occasional tractor or car. Perfect for day trips to Pisa, Volterra, Siena or San Gimignano. Easily accessible, good communications with property manager. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend renting a car for day trips.

Ein schönes Haus in der Natur

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. So wie das Haus auch. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist man genau richtig. Wir hatten die große Freude von einer Katze besucht zu werden die sehr sehr lieb war. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.
