The Ostseepark-Zempin holiday residence is idyllically situated behind the dunes in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort town of Zempin. The holiday apartment is available for rent year-round for up to 5 people. The newly furnished 87-square-meter apartment invites you to relax and unwind with its cosy atmosphere and two balconies. Here, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Families with children are well taken care of; there is a lovely playground within the complex. The grounds feature a communal barbecue area that guests are welcome to use, as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer (for a fee).



WE 25:

The holiday rental spans two floors and is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is the living room with a flat-screen TV, a lovely balcony, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and an infrared sauna. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, silverware, and dishes. The upper floor, featuring two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, offers another balcony where you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. During the colder months, underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth.
The holiday rental is situated in a quiet location at the end of the street in the Ostseepark Zempin holiday complex, built in 2011.
Families with children are also well catered for, as there is a lovely playground within the complex. The grounds also feature a communal barbecue area as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, which can be used for a fee. Laundry tokens can be purchased at the front desk.

Holiday with a Dog
Your four-legged friend, up to a height of approx. 30 cm, is very welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of 10.00 € per night for the stay, as well as a one-time fee of 20.00 € for the final pet cleaning. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash within the property.
Please let us know the breed and size of your dog, and we will check with the apartment owner to obtain permission for your pet’s stay

- Two bicycles are available for free use. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.
- Guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge.
This is a voluntary additional service; it is not a feature of the holiday rental guaranteed under travel law. Therefore, a rent reduction cannot be claimed if this service is unavailable.

Services to be paid for on site must be settled directly upon arrival/key handover.
Only cash payments are accepted (no card payments).

Important note regarding parking
One parking space is available to you free of charge directly at the accommodation.
If you arrive with two cars, the second car must be parked in the municipality’s public car park on Seestraße for a fee. Unfortunately, there are no additional parking spaces available on the resort grounds.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
