The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed and a cable TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the fresh coastal air on two balconies. Overlooking the resort, the main balcony has multiple seating areas including comfy lounge furniture, firepit, grill, and a four-seat table. The second balcony can be accessed via the master suite boasting two tall Adirondack chairs. Parking Notes: Parking is first come first serve around the building. Parking is not allowed in spots marked for other units, vacant lots or in private driveways. Designated 202 parking is reserved for owner. Towing is enforced. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas.
