Perfekte Lage und schöne Wohnung um den Strand von SPO unsicher zu machen. Ein kleiner Wald mit Wanderwegen, gut fürs Joggen oder Gassigehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Parken vor dem Haus auf dem Wohnblockparkplatz, nach Nummern zugeordnet. Alles gut - einzig das warme Wasser im Bad lässt sich nicht einstellen, heißt der Durchlauferhitzer macht nur brühheiß oder kalt. War uns damals bei über 30°C egal. Haben es gemeldet, hoffe der Mangel wurde behoben.
