Beautiful and functional but a couple of

What we loved: The location, the gorgeous view, the walking path along the berm, the terrace and rooftop deck, the washer, the space (3br, 2ba), the private parking. If not for the issues noted, we would rate it a 5* and strongly recommend. The issues: Others mentioned a sewer smell. This was definitely an issue for us, and disappointing; tiny ants in the kitchen and living room; Hotel across the street blasting music (it ended each night by 11:00p, so wasn't an issue for sleeping).

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung in Alcúdia verbracht. Die Gestaltung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber, funktional und so gut ausgestattet, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.Die Lage ist absolut erstklassig! Der direkte Blick vom Balkon und von der Dachterrasse auf den Strand ist ein wahrer Traum und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Zwei kleine Anregungen für die Zukunft: Eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe auf der Dachterrasse wäre noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen, um die tolle Aussicht noch besser genießen zu können. Zudem ist uns aufgefallen, dass der Grillplatz der unteren Wohnung etwas ungünstig platziert ist, da der Rauch direkt nach oben auf den Balkon und in die Wohnung zieht.Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mangelhaft

- Haupteingangstür & Einfahrtschiebetür an Straße defekt. - In der Wohnung die ersten 2 Tage ohne Heizung 13 Grad kalt. - Zentralheizung geht nicht, nur Elektroheizung über Klimageräte und Heizlüfter im Bad möglich. - Zimmertüren-Drücker quietschen laut, nachts sehr störend. - Wohnz. Türschließautom. defekt. - Badwaschbecken Abfluss verstopft. - Nur 1 Badetuch + 1 Handtuch für 14 Tage. - Der Schlüsselhalter hat 2 Mobiltelefonnummer, nimmt aber nie ab um z.B. zu fragen wo der Schlüsselsafe ist.

Unschlagbarer Meerblick

Unschlagbarer Meerblick und Lage am Strand. In der Kücke sind leider nur 4 Barhocker, somit müssen 20Persoenen stehen, das ist nicht so schön. Ansonsten alles o.k.! Abwicklung mit Interhome problemlos.

Schöne Wohnung

Hallo . Ein sehr schöner Ort um die Sehle baumeln zu lassen.Der Blick aufs Meer ist fenomenal .Auch der Weg zum Strand ist durch einen Durchgang an der Seite des Hauses super gelöst.Wir haben uns auch auf der Dachterrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Manko sind die sehr dünnen zudecken zum Schlafen, da sollten vielleicht Wolldecken im Schrank liegen. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufentalt.
