Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in Homestead, a convenient starting point for exploring the Everglades, the Florida Keys, and South Florida.

Our modern casita features two comfortable Queen beds, an open-concept living and dining area, a convenient kitchenette, and access to the pool area—creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The casita is located in our family home’s backyard. The pool is shared with family members.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off all lights. Dispose of trash in the bin outside near the main house hallway. Place used towels and bed linens in the laundry bags inside the closet.
Close all windows and lock the doors. Check drawers and under the bed for personal items. Return the Casita key and gate clicker to the lockbox at the main entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Access: Casita, pool & gazebo only. Main-home areas/terrace are not accessible. No parties, events or visitors. Registered guests only.
Max 4 incl. children/infants. No grills/cooking appliances anywhere: property/personal grills, hot plates, portable stoves, air fryers, etc.
Early 1–3 PM: $40. Late to 1 PM: $40. Other times may cost more; approval required. Added guests: nightly fee. No smoking of any kind.
