The “Polmanns Deichperle,” newly built and completed in 2024, features four exclusive holiday apartments and is situated in an excellent location in the northern part of Carolinensiel. You’ll be holidaying right in the heart of the North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, within sight of the main dike and just a few minutes’ walk from the “Cliner Quelle.” The house is also not far from the historic old museum harbour. Carolinensiel-Harlesiel is located directly on the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.

The holiday apartments in the house feature state-of-the-art furnishings and have been designed with great attention to detail. They measure approximately 70 or 85 square metres and are therefore ideal for a wonderful North Sea holiday for 2 to 4 people or 2 to 6 people.

The building and the holiday apartments are very well equipped with everything you might need on holiday. For example, all holiday apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes with dishwashers, as well as free Wi-Fi, of course. The holiday apartments on the ground floor have a furnished terrace, and those on the upper floor have a furnished loggia (covered balcony). In addition, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for all guests, as well as a lockable bike storage room for guests’ bicycles.

Heading north, you can easily reach the tourist attractions around the beach in Harlesiel. In the other direction, you can walk to numerous shopping and dining options around the former sluice and trading port in Carolinensiel, which has now become our idyllic historic museum harbour. The restaurants will treat you to fine East Frisian seafood cuisine, and the cafés offer a relaxed atmosphere.

In the evening, you can sit at the harbour and enjoy a delicious glass of wine. Well… that is, if you can tear yourself away from your lovely, cosy holiday rental, where you’ll sit on the terrace or balcony late into the night on balmy summer evenings and truly unwind.

At the idyllic harbour of Carolinensiel, you’ll enjoy the sight of the flat-bottomed boats or the paddle steamer “Concordia II,” a replica of the old “Concordia I” from 1854. This paddle steamer operates a shuttle service on the Harle River, taking you from the museum harbour past the “Cliner Quelle” spa centre, through the Friedrichsschleuse lock, and on to the marina in Harlesiel on the North Sea.

The North Sea spa resort of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel offers a wide range of holiday activities for children and adults. The “Cliner Quelle” spa centre offers swimming, saltwater baths, and wellness treatments. The Carolinchen Club, located in the spa center’s children’s playhouse, offers fun and games.

Or take a stroll along the Harle Promenade to the sea for a swim or some sunbathing.

At low tide, you can enjoy the heated seawater outdoor pool right on the beach. Or you can go on a mudflat hike with certified mudflat guides—an exciting and relaxing experience for the whole family.
