Conveniently located on Kauai's famous Coconut Coast. This bright, comfortable condo is perfectly located in the central part of the island, making it easy to explore everything - North or South Shores, & Waimea Canyon.

Sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 comfortable queen beds plus additional sleeping space in the living area, ideal for families or two couples traveling together.

After a day of adventure, you can return to cool off in any one of the three property pools and BBQ or walk to dinner.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dirty dishes and leave in dish drainer. Please Pile all linens (Bath Towels, Beach Towels and Bed linens) on the floor. There will be a $25.00/each charge for missing Beach Towels.
Please leave parking pass on entry table. A Parking pass not returned will cause a $25.00 Fee
Make sure all personal belongings are removed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cute condo a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace. Pool is just a couple of feet away. Easy entry to the unit, right off the Main Street in town. Close to the Wailua River Valley and all the fun to be had there. It’s the perfect little spot for a couple or a small family. Super gracious hosts helped to make the stay very nice. Really appreciate their above and beyond to help make us feel welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 would stay here again. If you want to be in the thick of the action in Wailua, this is a fantastic location.
