The living area of approximately 155 m² is distributed over two floors as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open-concept kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terraces; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an adjoining shower room/bathroom; a separate guest bathroom; and an utility room.

The terraces feature teak patio furniture and a beach chair. (April–October)
