Knödelhof 'Apartment 12/13' – Guesthouse near Munich & Trade Fair

One room has three single beds, two of which can be combined into a double bed. The two rooms are separated by a connecting door. The second room has two single beds that can also be combined into a double bed. There is a seating area with a table and satellite TV.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.



The apartment features a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Essential dishes are provided – glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery.



Standard-size towels are provided; please bring your own bath towels if needed.



We offer a sweet breakfast in our guesthouse near Munich, available upon request for an extra fee.

The Knödelhof is located just outside Munich in the Munich district – ideal for group trips, company outings, and family celebrations. The house offers several rooms and apartments, perfect for solo travelers, couples, and larger groups alike.



A special highlight: Our cozy restaurant on the ground floor can be rented exclusively for private events – both indoors and outside on the large terrace.



All guests enjoy a sweet breakfast with rolls, croissants, various jams, butter, Nutella, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, served in the Bavarian lounges on the ground floor.



Just minutes from the A99, you can easily reach Messe München, the airport, as well as Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee. In the village center within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, and restaurants.



12 parking spaces available. Smoking allowed on the balcony and outdoors. Pets on request. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
