Maison Triton 1 Apartment: Spacious 3-room apartment near the beach

This beachfront, welcoming, and very spacious 3-room studio apartment (approx. 74 m²) spans two floors (with an interior staircase leading from the ground floor to the ground floor) in the rear section of the building offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living areas is modern vinyl with an elegant wood-grain design; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway on the ground floor, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as various sideboards and shelves.

Right in front of the entrance, the apartment has a level, approximately 15 m² garden or lawn area with outdoor furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The modern, open-concept kitchen-living area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where the bedrooms are located.

The spacious and bright first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, 2 spacious wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a separate sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. The room has two large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) with an unobstructed view of the greenery.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a chest of drawers.

The inviting bathroom features a modern glass-enclosed shower, a sink, a toilet, a stool, and ample storage space.

In addition, the ground-floor apartment has a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday apartment (approx. 300 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
