Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 222: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and spacious 3-room apartment 222 (approx. 58 m²), located on the 2nd floor of Building A (no lift) near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area and bedrooms is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain design; the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The modern and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; and a wall unit with various cabinets and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4.5 m² covered balcony (facing southwest and northwest) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the lively activity on Strandstraße below, and in the evenings, you can peacefully savour the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first-floor bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, a vanity with a base cabinet, a makeup mirror, hair dryer, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a shelf, a towel radiator, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your coats and shoes in the large coat closet with shoe cabinet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 222) assigned to your apartment in the complex’s courtyard. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
