This modern and very attractive 2-room apartment (approx. 58 m²), located very close to the beach on the 1st floor (with an lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and kitchen is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bedroom has carpet, and the entryway and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a portable travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The modern and spacious living/dining room features a separate sitting area with a comfortable couch and coffee table, an armchair with a footstool, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a spacious sideboard. In addition, this room features a comfortable fold-out wall bed that provides a comfortable place to sleep for 2 additional people. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² lakeside balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. Here, you can relax and watch the lively hustle and bustle on Ostseeallee or enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as several books are also provided.

The separate kitchen includes a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone induction cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans, and features an additional separate dining area with a large kitchen table and 4 chairs.

The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with high-quality mattresses (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and also has direct access to the balcony. The comfortable fold-out wall bed (150 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a wall mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

The apartment also includes an iron and an ironing board; and a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 125) assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located very close to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the ground floor of the residential complex, there are several restaurants (including an Asian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a lounge bar-restaurant); you’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
