Haus Wenden apartment 6: quiet 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and very spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 65 m²), located near the beach on the 1st floor (no lift), is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. All rooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish; the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request.

From the hallway—which features a closet, chest of drawers, coat rack, and mirror—you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The very spacious living/dining room is furnished with a separate seating area featuring a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, coffee table, and two armchairs, a separate dining table with four chairs, and a modern wall unit. The apartment features a beautiful, large balcony (approx. 8 m²) facing southwest with a comfortable balcony seating area. Here you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good bottle of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV (cable TV) and a radio. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area, adjacent to the dining area, includes a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and modern bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. From here, you have direct access to the large southwest-facing balcony of your holiday rental.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern and spacious bathroom (with a window and natural light) features a large, low-entry glass shower, 2 sinks with vanity cabinets, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

To protect your valuables, you can use the in-apartment furniture safe.

To wash your holiday clothes, there is a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the building—these are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored safely and dry in a separate bike shed in the courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
At the adjacent restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete bedding—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per person per night for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.

The “Haus Wenden” property features a total of 9 holiday apartments, which are particularly well-suited for families interested in spending a holiday together while staying in separate apartments within the same building. Holiday apartments No. 1–No. 3 (on the ground floor), No. 4–No. 6 (on the 1st floor), and No. 7–No. 9 (on the second floor) are each located on the same floor and share a common, self-contained landing in the stairwell, which makes it possible to rent an entire floor with three holiday apartments.
