House Olymp Fewo 22: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern, light-filled, and luxuriously furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 46 m²) on the 2nd floor of the apartment building offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality vinyl laminate flooring, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack, bench, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The light-filled and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves and small cabinets. From the living room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows with so-called French balconies offer a wonderful view of the lively hustle and bustle on Hermannstraße below. The side view from the windows offers a direct view of the nearby Baltic Sea.

For your entertainment, there are 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans.

The modern and very tastefully furnished bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, nightstands, a large sideboard, and a spacious closet, and also has two large floor-to-ceiling windows. A modern TV is also available in this room.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with a bench) in the spacious entryway/hallway of the apartment.

If you need to wash your holiday clothes, there is a public laundromat located very close to your holiday apartment (a 5-minute walk).

You can park your car for free in the underground parking space (max. height 1.95 m!) assigned to your apartment in a residential complex right next door. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex.

The lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor all the way up to the top floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
