Appartementhaus Eichsfeldia apartment 7: modern 1-room apartment close to the beach (2 min.)

Renovated in 2020, this modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment (approx. 45 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has modern vinyl flooring, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious combined living room and bedroom features a separate seating area with a large, comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a large wall unit with shelves. From here, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 6 m² balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the greenery and the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area is equipped with a practical fold-out closet bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for 2 people, as well as a large wardrobe. If you don’t need the bed during the day, you can simply fold it away into the closet. At night, it offers you the best and most comfortable sleep. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, two bathroom cabinets, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack in the entryway of the apartment.

If you need to do laundry, there is a public laundromat located very close to your holiday rental (a 5-minute walk).

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks located in several courtyard areas of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
